Traditional Medicinal Thai Massage

I will work with you dressed comfortably on a floor mat, using my hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches.

Like shiatsu, Traditional Thai aligns the energies of the body using gentle pressure on specific points. It reduces stress and improves flexibility and range of motion. Thai bodywork could have both relaxing and rejuvenating effects.
